Privacy Policy

WWE Highlights respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed while you use the platform.

Data we process

• Videos you upload (stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2, auto-deleted on expiry)
• Metadata: title, description, category, tags, upload date, expiry date, view count
• Your IP address — used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention
• Admin login session — an expiring bearer token stored in your browser

Auto-deletion

Videos are deleted automatically by a daily scheduled job once their expiry date passes. Deletion removes the video file, thumbnail and all metadata.

Cookies & third parties

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies as part of serving the site. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used on the admin login page to deter bots.
